Do I need to bring my own sewing machine?
You don't need to bring anything but your willingness to learn. We provide the machines, tools, and workspace right here in our Durban studio.
I've never touched a sewing machine. Where do I start?
Our Beginner Sewing Lessons are built exactly for you. We cover basic machine operation and straight stitching so you feel comfortable before moving on to bigger projects.
Can I bring a pattern I'm already struggling with?
Absolutely. The Pattern Reading & Adjustment Class is perfect for this. We'll help you demystify the commercial instructions and adjust the fit to your own measurements.
How long are the classes?
Sessions range from one hour for focused workshops like Zips & Closures, up to three hours for full Garment Construction. Each class listing shows the exact duration.
When are you open for classes?
We're open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. Sundays we're closed. Reach out and we'll find a time that works for you.
